Lets face it Anxiety is horrible. It can take hold of you when you least expect it and not let go. Its a bit like a snake in the corner of the room. Even if you think you have tamed it, there is always a thought that it might uncoil and wrap itself around you again.
Throughout life we build up memories and experiences. Some of these are good and some are bad. The bad ones can build up in our subconscious like water flowing into in a bucket. Eventually that bucket will overflow and we feel anxious.
Some anxiety is healthy and natural (like the butterflies on a first date) but when it gets daily, for no reason and stops you from doing day to day tasks at home or at work thats when you need to think about doing something about it.
Thats where I come in. I work with you over 3 sessions and work out how it makes you feel and how you would like to feel instead. I will help you be free from your anxiety, show you how you can be in control of it and ensure that you are set for any future events with a toolkit of techniques so that for the first time in your life you can be in control of anxiety instead of it being in control of you.
