At my first session with Stuart I must admit that although a bit sceptical I kept an open mind. We talked about my life long fear of heights – climbing a ladder has always been a problem for me and even watching climbers on TV would make my hands and feet perspire to the extent that I have had to leave the room. However, after our session I really felt that I had the confidence to climb up a ladder and onto the roof straight away – unfortunately there wasn’t a ladder available to test it out, but I have used ladders since without any of the tightening of the chest that I used to experience.
