Before any therapy is booked, I want to make sure we’re a good fit. That’s why I ask all new clients to join me for a free 15–30 minute zoom call.

On this call, we’ll talk about your phobia, how it affects your life today, and what you want to change. You’ll also have the chance to ask me any questions.

 

Don’t worry, this isn’t about digging into your past, it’s about understanding how your phobia shows up now and how we can change it.

You might be wondering why I don’t list my prices on this website. The simple reason is that every phobia and every person is different. Instead of showing you a list and leaving you to guess, I want to recommend what’s genuinely right for you. That way, you’ll know the plan we agree on is tailored to your needs, not just a one-size-fits-all option.

I don’t work with everyone who books a call. If I believe I can help, I’ll explain how I work, what the process looks like, and what options are available. Together, we’ll create a plan that suits you and your budget.

The call takes place on Zoom and is audio-only, so no need to show your face. There’s no pressure and no obligation to continue. It’s simply a chance for us both to see if working together feels right.
